Our First Team Training was a Huge Success
ShareGoals first training session for job share teams, entitled "Synchronize your Job Share Team," was held July 25, 2001. Through a series of hands-on projects and interactive discussion we explored various issues that affect the performance of a job share team.
Job sharing is a philosophical approach to work and life. It takes a solid game plan and constant training to insure that a job share team is working at peak performance.
Focusing on communication, marketing and shared goals, the teams worked together to enhance each attending team. The section entitled "Successful Solutions for Sticky Situations" allowed opportunities for the teams to share a situation or incident with the group that they are having a hard time resolving. Through a healthy exchange or ideas attendees walked away with specific solutions for their problems.
While there have been many articles written about what job sharing is, no one has ever taken the process to the next steps of training and marketing. This day long training session is specifically geared to the enhancement of job share effectiveness and productivity. Designed by Team Shaggie, the day is further enhanced by the high interaction of the attending job share teams.

The next session is scheduled for August 15th. Fall sessions are scheduled for September 25, October 24 and November 14th. Session runs 10 AM - 3 PM.
