What is A Team Shaggie?
Team Shaggie is a successful job share team that consists of two equal partners, Shari Rosen Ascher and Maggie Sisco.
Team Shaggie is a dynamic team dedicated to the success of superior professional partnership through job sharing. The team's philosophical approach to job sharing allows employees to continue to grow professionally while working a true part time schedule.
Job sharing allows for more than surviving your career/life balance but allows employees an opportunity to thrive in all areas of their life. The benefits to employers is simple-- employee retention and maximum performance in the workplace. When job sharing is executed effectively, the winning benefits of both employee and employer are undeniable. The success of a winning arrangement is contagious.
Prompted by their enthusiasm for excellence in job sharing, Team Shaggie launched ShareGoals LLC.
Before starting ShareGoals, Shari and Maggie, a.k.a. Team Shaggie, performed as a highly successful job share team at Interep, a national radio representative company. They survived and thrived through one company merger, five managers, more assistants than Murphy Brown, two maternity leaves, and a promotion to VP/Sales. They served as mentors to several people who went on to hold management positions and taught classes in the company training program. On a personal note, being a job share has allowed them to actively participate in the joys and needs of their families.
