Whether you are: someone contemplating this option for yourself, a HR Manger who wants to create policy within your organization, a front line manager who is working with a job share team for the first time, a job share team that could use a little advice or support or a person responsible for booking speakers for your association’s meeting We can help you. Here are a few of the services that we provide. Please bear in mind that we specialize in creating custom tailored presentations to address an organization’s specific needs. Job Sharers or Potential Job Sharers The Basic Package A 1-hour telephone consultation, a copy of “Share the Goals: How to Successfully Job Share,” e-mail communication for one month $150 Basic Plus The above, plus we will review your job share proposal and help you to prepare the presentation, ˝ hour follow up phone call and email for 3 months $250 Super Share The above, plus 2 more ˝ hour telephone consultations, discount admission to our Job Share Training Seminars, on-going email communication for one year $350 A face to face consultation will be billed hourly $200 Prices do NOT include expenses, which are the responsibility of the client. Employers The Basic and Basic Plus packages include 2 copies of “Share the Goals: How to Successfully Job Share” The Basic Package A 1 hour telephone consultation to assess the company needs, 45- minute “Lunch and Learn,” ˝ hour telephone follow-up $1500 Basic Plus A 1-hour assessment consultation and 1-hour follow up phone consultations. We will help to write a Job Share proposal template. A 1 hour presentation for either managers or employees on the benefits of job sharing $3000 Super Share 1 hour assessment, 1 full day of training for job share teams and/or managers at your location, ˝ hour follow-up phone call for each attendee $5000 (Limited to 10 people per session) plus a copy of “Share the Goals” The fee for each additional attendee is $250. Super Duper ShareGoals will help to write policy, help create a job share proposal template, evaluate potential teams, and give unlimited access to ShareGoals for your employees/managers via email, phone, fax. You have your choice of: 4 – 1 hour Presentations (employees, managers, HR etc) Or 1 full day management workshop and 2 full day job share team workshops and 1 copy of “Share the Goals” for each job share team (max 10 teams) and manager (Must be used within 6 months of contract) $20000 Individual Price List Keynote Address $1000 Panelists (workshops or presentations lasting no longer than 1 ˝ hours $1500 ShareGoals Prepared Presentation (2 hours) $2500 Presentation (under 2 hours) to a Not for Profit $1500 Custom Tailored Workshop (5 hours) $5000 (Limited to 10 attendees) each additional attendee $250 per person Prices do NOT include expenses, which are the responsibility of the client.
